Sounds definitely scrumdiddleumptious! :) I've just started peeling, ziplocking, and freezing some bananas for that nice refreshingly hot Austin day treat. <BR/><BR/>If you are worried about messy fingers you can put popcycle sticks through them before freezing, (other wise I just end up wrapping it in a napkin to keep my fingers from getting too cold).
